Driveway Painting. Although there is no current rule or regulation governing the frequency, or color, of driveway painting, homeowners are encouraged to maintain their driveways as they do the rest of their property. That includes painting as often as needed and using a color that is consistent with the rest of the community. The color that has evolved as a standard is Terra Cotta, provided by Garage Floor Coating. They have painted numerous driveways in Colonia, and in every case, their work was done at a reasonable cost, the quality was excellent, and the colors have been consistent.
